The self-sufficient luxury resort is built on a banana shaped island near Doha, Qatar. The project comprises of 11 water villas, 34 land villas/chalets, 6 family suites, 72 hotel suites along with a marina, dive center, and common facilities such as restaurants, a beach club, gym, spa, and conference centers.
SHAKER scope includes design and site supervision for infrastructure networks, buildings and open areas electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems.
