A 60 story that involves a 208-meter high tower comprising of 2 level basement parking area, a ground floor and 59 additional floors. The tower includes 365 hotel rooms and 180 serviced apartments. Amenities in the development will include a business center, restaurants, cafe, a health & fitness club, Jacuzzi & sauna.
SHAKER scope includes design and supervision of electric power supply, lighting, , HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and light current systems.
